If there was ever a wine to buy based on colour and cloudiness, it’s this juicy orange wine (in a 1 litre bottle) by the Bauer Family. They are traditional producers who craft delicious and immensely drinkable wines from typical Austrian grapes like Grüner Veltliner and Zweiglet. The Hollotrio is a fresh take on a familiar grape that is anything but classic - 80% of the grapes were macerated on skins for 5 days while 20% hung out in contact with the skins for 30 more days. We get fresh-squeeze grapefruit juice mimosa vibes here, a perfect brunch wine!
